# Google Sheets Integration

The **Google Sheets Integration** section allows you to configure the settings required to import from and export to Google Sheets.

These settings are used by both **Global Actions** and the **Import / Export** functions for each **Target Language**.

### Spreadsheet ID

Specify the **Spreadsheet ID** of the Google Spreadsheet you want to use.

The Spreadsheet ID is part of the Google Sheets URL.

The Spreadsheet ID is the string between **`/d/`** and **`/edit`**.

### Sheet Name

Specify the sheet name used by the following **Global Actions**:

* **Import from Google Sheets**
* **Export Combined**
* **Export Combined + Generate TMP Font**

The specified sheet will be used for importing or updating localization data.

This setting is **not** used by **Export Per Language**.

Instead, the tool searches for a worksheet whose name matches each **Target Language**. If no matching worksheet exists, a new one is created automatically before exporting.

### Credentials Key

Specify the **service account JSON key file** used to access the Google Sheets API.

Click **Select** and choose the JSON key file generated in Google Cloud.

### Open After Export

When enabled, the target Google Spreadsheet will automatically open in your web browser after the export is complete.
